Steve Osminski

Steve Osminski lives in Swartz Creek, Michigan. He began hunting small game at a young age, which progressed to deer hunting in his home state of Michigan soon after. Upon graduating from college, Steve ventured out to explore new horizons in addition to his home state deer hunting. In addition to Michigan, he has also hunted in Alaska, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Ohio, Texas, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and the Yukon Territory.
Steve enjoys the challenge of hunting without a guide/outfitter whenever possible and prefers to get away from the crowds to find mature, unpressured animals. He is one of the founding members of the Self Guided Hunting Association and is part of their Pro Staff. He is also a member of many state and national organizations including life memberships in the National Rifle Association and Compton Traditional Bowhunters.
Steve’s true love is bowhunting – traditional bowhunting. He does, however, hunt occasionally with a rifle or muzzleloader, mostly to be with family and friends.
Steve is married and has a 10 year old son and an 8 year old daughter.
